Do I ship the product or bring it?
Either. Ship samples ahead to 1235 Davis Bay Rd and we'll have them staged before your call time, or hand them over on the day. Perishables — bake it, brew it, plate it — we time around freshness, so tell us the shelf life when you write.
How soon do the images come back?
The first retouched gallery lands within 72 hours of wrap. Full-storefront kits, with their infographic plates and broad edits, run a little longer — we'll name the exact drop date when we hold your booking.
What does the license actually cover?
Every file leaves the studio cleared for your storefront and your paid campaigns — product pages, marketplace listings, feed and story ads. One shoot, sold in every window. If you need broadcast or print-run rights, say so and we'll write it into the quote.
Can you match our existing look?
Send links or a few frames you already love. We'll set the seamless, the props, and the light to sit beside them — so a new drop reads as one shelf, not a patchwork.
How do I lock a date?
Send the form or call. Once we agree the package and the window, a deposit holds the studio; the balance is invoiced on delivery. Billed per shoot — no retainers, no surprises hidden in the quote.
